Our Team

Adriana joined the hair team in 2003. She has been a stylist in the region for over twenty five years.  Adriana brings her skills to each and every client consultation. Her extremely loyal clientele appreciate her warm personality and ability to create the best look for them. Adriana's education includes a degree in Business Administration from UNH and training at the American College of Cosmetology in New Jersey. She has received specialized training from some of the top L'Oreal educators in the country. Her work was featured in a music video for music artist Katherine Schell. Adriana's specialties include her customer consultations, cut and color treatments and working in a teaching environment with other stylists. 

Carissa has been a member of our Wingate Hair Team since 2010. She attended the Laird Institute of Spa Therapy and The Continental Academie of Hair Design, then went on to complete the Wingate Salon Apprentice Program. Carissa is now a Senior Stylist with specialized training L’Oreal Professional Color, seasonal trends in and up-style, special occasion hair. She enjoys working in the positive environment of the Wingate and learning from her fellow team members. During her free time she loves oil painting and hiking.

Brianna joined our Wingate Team in 2021. She is a graduate of The Paul Mitchell School in Portsmouth. She started as an Academy Stylist and quickly moved up to Stylist Level. Brianna is a talented stylist that enjoys continued education so that she can continue to learn and grow. She specializes in Cutting/Styling and has a passion for color. During her quiet time she enjoys the outdoors.

We are proud to welcome Ashlie to our Hair & Nail Team.  Ashlie has joined our Wingate team after graduating from Empire Beauty School.

Gracie joined our Wingate Hair team in 2022 as a shampoo assistant.  Our staff and our clients are glad to have Gracie on our team.  She gives an amazing shampoo.  Her goal is to continue her jouney by going to Cosmetology School and becoming a professional stylist.

Caitlin is our Nail Department Leader and has been a member of the Wingate Team since 2013. Caitlin is a graduate of the Laird Institute of Spa Therapy and also has an Associate's Degree in Hospitality from Great Bay Community College. She has earned educational certificates in event planning and hospitality. Caitlin loves working at the Wingate where people can relax and feel pampered. Her favorite nail services to perform are shellac manicures and any kind of pedicure. During her free time she enjoys exercising and hanging out with family and friends.

Kaitlyn joined our team in 2020 after she completed the Empire Beauty School Esthetics Program. She specializes in Wingate facials and the Oxygen Infusion Facials. The warm welcomes and nice atmosphere are just some of things Kaitlyn loves about the Wingate! During her free time she enjoys reading and spending time with her husband, her daughter and their two dogs!

Jenny joined our team in 2021 after completing her Masters Program at Catherine Hinds School of Esthetics. She is passionate about skin and always looking to learn and grow to advance her skills. She specializes in Dermaplaning and advanced skin care services. She loves to connect with our clients to help them reach and maintain their skincare goals. Her free time she spends with her family and enjoys the outdoors with her dogs.

We are excited to welcome Julie back to our Wingate Skin Care team.  She has a passion for skin and makeup.  

Michele has been a proud member of the Wingate team since 2005.  She works closely with Team Leaders, Supervisors and Staff to ensure the Wingate client experience and the continued growth of our service providers.  She works closely with our Luxury Brands to ensure we have continued education for the service providers.  While not at work, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family and friends.

Welcome back Tina! 

We are so excited to have Tina on The Wingate Team.   Tina is a team player and enjoys connecting with both our clients and our staff.  She works closely with our service providers to help them grow and build their confidence.    Our brides and party guests enjoy working with Tina, she gives them each special attention so they have an amazing Wingate experience.  During her down time she enjoys gardening, boating and spending time with friends and family.

Marie has worked at the front desk of the Wingate since 2004. She has a Business Management degree from the University of Southern Maine. Marie enjoys working with the friendly staff and clientele at the Wingate. She finds it truly rewarding to make Wingate guests happy. Her approach to client care and customer service makes her a valuable front desk team member. During her time off Marie spends time with friends and family, playing with her animals, going to the beach and watching "Chick Flicks".

We are very excited to welcome Donna to our Wingate team.  

Donna joins us with years of experience.  The past 8 years she has worked at boutique inns.  She is organized, efficient and a multi-tasker.  She likes helping people and keeping busy.  During her down time she enjoys spending time with her children, gardening and cooking.

Karyl has been a licensed massage therapist since 1996 and joined The Wingate Team in June 2009. Karyl taught various modalities at the Dovestar Institute in Hookset, NH, with her specialty being Kriya Massage, Neuromuscular and Reiki. Kriya is a fluid, flowing and intuitive massage that allows the therapist to connect with the client on a deep physical and energetic level. In Kriya Massage the therapist keeps continuous contact which allows the body to communicate it's needs to the therapist in a quiet atmosphere which allows true healing to occur on all levels. The effects of this massage are long lasting and deeply calming. Besides being a co-director for several years at the Dovestar Institute, Karyl also taught Reiki to the nurses at the Wentworth-Douglass Hospital and later implemented a massage program for the staff.

Lynn joined the Wingate in 2022 with over 10 years of Massage experience.  She specializes in theraputic massage, she has a clinical and theraputic approach to her massage services.  Lynn has training in Pregnancy Massage, Warm Stone Massage, Stretch Training and Sports Massage.  The Wingate and our clients are so excited to have her as part of our team. Lynn enjoys spending time outdoors and with her grandchildren when she is not at The Wingate.

Shawna has been a member of our Wingate Team since 2018. Shawna has a degree in Massage Therapy from Great Bay College in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. She also obtained specialized training in prenatal massage, deep tissue and migrane therapy. She considers Deep Tissue to be one of her specialities.
